Some reviewer reported problems inserting speaker wires. But I was able to use our old Cyrus speakers without any trouble. Other reviewers note that it doesn't have an AM channel. One can easily stream that from, say, one's phone via the unit's Bluetooth capability.

Just Right for Small Stereo Setup

The old one was surround sound, but was only being used to drive a couple of stereo speakers to play LP's and CD's. The bluetooth on this unit was an added plus. Easy set up and great sound.

FM tuner very good for most stations, but has some noise on my favorite station. Distance from the station may be the problem.I will try moving the antenna to get rid of the noise,

It goes with our AudioTechnica LP 120s. (fancy record player). It kicks butts. I listen to a sleepy playlist every night via bluetooth (for the last two years). Also I play classic vinyls at HIGH volumes while folding laundry. It does both VERY WELL.

Used with multi-disc CD player, FM radio, or Pandora fed off TV (line-in), it performs flawlessly, sounds great. For folks like me who are satisfied with the simplicity of 2-channels, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend!!

Powering an Old Phonograpn

This works perfect and having Bluetooth built in is the main reason we got it. And it works perfectly. I've always had Sony equipment and this one fits right in on the quality I expected. Super price getting it as an open box. Really enjoying it!

The receiver has everything you could need and connects quick if you use Bluetooth. The quality of sound is surprisingly high, which at first I was skeptical due to the lower price. But crank these speakers up and they do not disappoint.

Good unit

Has good range and power. Best part is that you can connect outside by connecting to the Bluetooth and it auto turns on. No remote needed! It’s pretty big for a 2 speaker amp, only drawback is it’s size. Otherwise pretty happy with it so far for the price.

Great Value & Fantastic Sound

Perfect for outside

It finally died. This is perfect - inexpensive and can connect to Alexa and all of our phones. Since we are spending a ton of time outside around the pool during social distancing, it is wonderful to have our music back out there.

Sony Bluetooth Stereo Receiver

It’s a great value for 100 watts per channel of power. The remote includes controls for bass and treble adjustments “from your couch.” It includes a phono input for a turntable.

Good stereo receiver for the money.

I needed it to power some built in speakers indoors and another set outdoors. There are 2 sets of speaker outputs which was perfect. It has a Bluetooth input so it’s easy to stream music off my iPhone or for SiriusXM streaming. For the money it’s a good receiver. I recommend it.
