With high quality speakers it is a great pleasure. Bluetooth works very well. There should have been a sub woofer connection.

Good Bluetooth and Phono

Sony FM Stereo Receiver

Seems to have plenty of power to drive my old speakers. Controls are a bit complicated compared to my old higher end receiver.

So - given that it isn't running our main system - I am very happy with the results. Good sound quality, plenty loud enough, and really like that I can connect my phone up via blue tooth so I can run Spotify and my phone's music through the system. For the price, would highly recommend and think it would also serve well for a main system - though it doesn't support a fancy multi-speaker arrangement. The only thing I don't like is the "feel" of the volume control - but that really is a minor thing.

Perfect replacement

Had an older Sony stereo with an external Bluetooth receiver that would cut in and out all the time. Powers my two speakers with no problem, even get some radio stations I didn’t get before!!!

Great Stereo Amplifier for the Money

The size and apparent quality of the power transformer and the power capacitors seemed to be at the top of the class for this price range. If all you need is a basic stereo amp without all the bells and whistles of fancier models, you will have to spend quite a bit more to get better quality than this. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to longevity as I returned the unit because I wound up having to buy a new TV as well, and I opted for a unit with ARC technology in it, but it seemed to be a well made item for the brief period that I owned it.

Great Addition to my Sound System

Love the built in Phono Preamp - cleanly boosts magnetic cartridge inputs to give you clean balanced record playing. Only have 2 complaints with the amp: 1. Has a proprietary FM antenna using single wire so it doesn't except amplified antenna inputs 2. Does not have PreAmp out and Amp in connectors to insert a multiband equalizer into the system But the pros out-weigh these to issues.
