Decent receiver

Needless to say if the remote broke then it’s just a hassle. Returned it and bought the Yamaha at the same price - which by the way is pretty good. What I was looking for in a cheaper receiver.

It powers 2 Pevey towers...each has 2... 12" + 2... 10" + 4 tweeters...low distortion. Clean Sound even at max. The downside, bad FM reception with the supplied/cheap antenna wire with the funky plug,..no terminals to attach a real antenna. I'm old-school. Still have an early 70s, Sony Amp, Pre-Amp and Tuner in my studio powering 4 McIntosh speakers. So, in short, I'm happy.

I love that Sony continues to utilize the A/B speakers in case you have 2 sets of speakers connected to the same source. I have the A speakers in my garage for working out and the B speakers on my deck. We can easily control the music from our phones while in either space without having to go to the receiver.

Great Value!

It is a great value considering all of the features you get for little dough! I got this because I needed a simple 2 channel receiver that offered A/B speaker control to supply sound inside and out. The bluetooth has a super range to connect to the tablet also. Another great Sony product!

I like the quick and easy connectivity. In addition to the Bluetooth, it offers multiple inputs for additional devices. I have paired this unit with indoor/outdoor patio speakers by Yamaha for relaxing on the patio. I’m pleased with the results.

Simplicity at its best

Has 2 channels so I can still run my indoor and outdoor speakers. I much prefer the bass and treble adjustment over the 7 band equalizer I had to adjust on my 25 year old Pioneer. Built in Bluetooth has great range. Absolutely all you need to simply enjoy music. Surprised this isn’t just an order only item. Best Buy had it for me to pickup in an hour!

The Bluetooth connectivity is pretty solid it just doesn’t have enough power at 100 watts for what I was trying to do
