STRDH190 review

The sound quality is good for basic component but the unit that I bought had a perceptible hum. I called Sony's help line about this and they confirmed that this hum was "normal." I decided to return the purchase.

Great Receiver for the Value

Bluetooth is excellent feature. Speaker inserts for wire are a little small but the receiver is working well for the outdoor bar.

When I run both A and B i am very satisfied. Not my wife but I have no buyers remorse.

Does not have am tuner, no real equalizer and only 2 channels without a bass control output. But very good for the price

Perfect amp for the purpose

Good for the price

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a big fan of Sony and sine I got this receiver at a really great price I can’t complain too much but one of the reasons that I bought this model was because it had separate phono input jacks. They must have a short in them because the speakers hum when you plug into them and the turntable sounds like the needle is touching sandpaper. So I plugged the turntable into another input Jack and it works fine. I would have taken it back, but I really didn’t need more input jacks. The sound is fine for the price that I paid.

Update old stereo speakers with bluetooth

Don't love that you can't turn it off when you disconnect bluetooth. You have to still get within eye sight of the receiver to turn it off using the provided remote.

Great Price and Fairly Versatile

A little odd that the tone controls are on the remote, but they work pretty good. The bluetooth was an unexpected bonus. Would have got five stars if it would have had AM radio in addition to the FM
