Posted .Hi Quent, While we're glad you like the ease of setup, we regret to hear that the front panel display is not working. To isolate this issue, please try to press DIMMER to adjust the front panel display brightness. If it doesn't work, please perform a factory reset.
Press (power) to turn off
the receiver. Then press and hold (power) for 5 seconds.
“CLEARING” appears on the display panel during initialization.

However, when I purchased this, it was said that all of the original accessories were included but the fm antenna was missing. This is frustrating but it isn't enough to make me want to return it. I would like something to be done about this since I was lead to believe all accessories were going to be there.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed.....

However the reciver went completely dead after 5 months. I'm not sure if I can return it or have it replaced. This was a open box item,however there's no way it should have died on me that quickly. I recommend trying something different than this particular device in that it just stopped working for no reason
