    I need to return as it does not power on. How do we go about returning the item. to the store or back via fed ex

    could not use. Didn't support phono only could use two speakers at a time and I have four. Sound output very low. In-home consultation not do us any good yes.

This receiver is equipped with PHONO IN jack so you can connect your turntable and enjoy high quality sound. Please note that when you connect a turntable with a PHONO/LINE switch, be sure to set the PHONO/LINE switch to PHONO. You can also connect to up to 4 speakers to this receiver. If you connect additional B speakers, you can select the speakers you want to use with the SPEAKERS

    I just bought the brand new Sony STRDH190 and the power can’t turn on at all , I had try 4 different outlets but it wont turn on

    horrible, don't waste your money, does not work. Gave to daughter for Christmas and it won't even power up. JUNK!!

    Stero is good except for auto tune

    Can’t fine tune stations I like to hear, cause automatic tuning blows right past them

      Hi Driller, We are sorry to hear you're having an issue tuning to an FM station that you like. It is possible that you're having a poor FM signal reception. To improve the FM signal reception, here are some steps that you can try:

      Adjust the position of the supplied FM wire antenna (aerial) to a place where the reception condition is good.
      Place the antenna near a window.
      Position the antenna as horizontally as possible.
