The product was not displayed on the shelf. I wish it were as I would have liked to look at it before purchasing. The product does not have a knob or buttons on the front to change FM stations. I must use the remote to change FM stations. That is a negative.

I bought this on line and the first unit supplied basically didn't work. Checking on line I see a number of instances of the same fault symptoms I had which was disappointing. However, the replacement unit is perfect and performs very very well for the price point. The replacement service was also excellent.

Good Basic Receiver for Simple Uses

Note: it is NOT an AV receiver, so don’t plan to connect your TV to it for a low end home theater experience. If you want a simple was to use Bluetooth to play your phone through was room speakers, this will work. It’s not fancy with a lot of adjustments for the discerning user.

Easy set up, love the remote controls that change stations, volume, bass, treble and stuff we haven't played with yet. Great price on sale and in stock at Albany, NY Best Buy. Compatible with our 5 disc Sony CD changer. Played FM radio all day long during Christmas.
