Posted .Hi Quent, While we're glad you like the ease of setup, we regret to hear that the front panel display is not working. To isolate this issue, please try to press DIMMER to adjust the front panel display brightness. If it doesn't work, please perform a factory reset.
Press (power) to turn off
the receiver. Then press and hold (power) for 5 seconds.
“CLEARING” appears on the display panel during initialization.
And if the suggested troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue. Please contact our product support team via phone call or chat through this link for further assistance: https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/service?language=en_US.
