Great little A/B receiver

Feature that sold me was remote turn-on when using Bluetooth and auto shut off after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Bad Open Box - Unit Did Not Work

I've gotten two Sony TVs, a UHD-DVD player and other things that might as well have been new. But - lemme tell you - this was not one of them. The receiver arrived in the box upside with a couple of ripped in half styrofoam pieces for packaging. There was a random RCA cable, presumably from the previous owner, attached and the FM antenna wire had been jammed into its' slot, broken off and was unable to be removed. And then, upon plugging it in, the amplifier didn't work...at all. Supposedly this was vetted by Best Buy staff as it was rated "Open Box Good" but very clearly no one had even bothered to look at it since it was originally returned before. Can't give a rating on the amplifier as it didn't work so one star for the poor open box experience.

We're sorry for the inconvenience regarding the optical wire plug-in. For this, kindly check the connection of the optical digital cable that is connected to the receiver and the TV. Most optical cables ship with a clear protective sleeve on one end or both ends of the optical cable depending on the type of connectors it has. If the optical cable does not plug into the optical port of the audio device correctly, remove this sleeve to use the cable.

Easily powering my 100-Watt 8 Ohm Sansui Floor Speakers. Needs more control for equalization of the sound, especially the mid-range.
