Posted .Hi NOPE, Thank you for purchasing and choosing our Sony STRDH190. We appreciate the feedback. To ensure you're getting optimal audio performance with this unit, please try to follow the steps below:
Make sure the VOLUME or MASTER VOLUME knob of your AV Receiver is not set to VOL MIN.
Make sure headphones aren't connected to your receiver or input device.
Press the SPEAKERS button on your receiver and select a setting other than OFF SPEAKERS.
Try switching to a different input source.
