Nice basic amp

When the Pure Direct function is on, the display panel lights off to suppress noise that affects sound quality.
You can also adjust the tonal balance of the speakers.speakers by pressing the treble and bass +,- button using the remote.

Although you can connect 4 ceiling speakers to this unit, it is not recommended to use a ceiling speaker setup to this receiver. To get the most out of your speakers, we suggest taking a look at our Sony STRDN1080 model for in-ceiling speaker setup. Hope this helps! -Sam
