Bad Open Box - Unit Did Not Work

I've gotten two Sony TVs, a UHD-DVD player and other things that might as well have been new. But - lemme tell you - this was not one of them. The receiver arrived in the box upside with a couple of ripped in half styrofoam pieces for packaging. There was a random RCA cable, presumably from the previous owner, attached and the FM antenna wire had been jammed into its' slot, broken off and was unable to be removed. And then, upon plugging it in, the amplifier didn't work...at all. Supposedly this was vetted by Best Buy staff as it was rated "Open Box Good" but very clearly no one had even bothered to look at it since it was originally returned before. Can't give a rating on the amplifier as it didn't work so one star for the poor open box experience.

The STR-DH190 has four analog audio inputs and one output, for easy connection to your audio recording device and other audio equipment.
