I was excited to get it around Holidays thinking that i will use it right away but nope it is still sitting waiting for extra stuff to buy to make it work properly!!

Design Flaw

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Receiver is high quality, BUT HAS 1 BAD FLAW: It doesn't have a connection for a external antenna which uses a 2 wire hook-up. It has a chancy 3 foot piece of crap antenna. Sorry. I returned it for the Yamaha. The sales people were very good and understanding about the design flaw.

The supplied FM antenna already offers excellent signal reception. if you're having signal reception issues when listening to your FM stations. Please follow these troubleshooting steps if the FM reception is poor. • Extend and adjust the position of the FM wire antenna (aerial) to a place where the reception conditions are good. • Place the FM wire antenna (aerial) near a window. • Position the FM wire antenna (aerial) as horizontally as possible. Please make sure that the IR sensor of receiver is not within the range of the other receiver to prevent signal interference. Also, when using the remote control make sure it's pointed to the receiver that you want to control. Hope this helps!

It seems that 100 watts in a less expensive unit isn’t the same as in a higher quality unit.
