The receiver was easy to set up and sounds awesome!

Sony should quit using that little square plug for the antenna for the am and fm

Paired it up with some Edifier stero speakers and the sound is phenominal for a pretty minimal setup. Bluetooth and other features are easy to use.

This in my 3rd purchase of this same receiver. I was replacing some old one's I had in garage, pool cabana and a family room where I wanted bluetooth for remote handling of playing music, controlling volume, channel, etc. For the sale price ya cant go wrong for a basic bluetooth receiver. Has all the accessory connections I need. Bluetooth distance is good too.

Easy to set up. Works great. Fit nicely in cabinet.

Good basic amp, bought just for turntable and bluetooth. One oddity in the first month- it 'forgot' the bluetooth pairings for both my phone and my wife's phone and got stuck on "pairing.... connecting". The receiver needed to be reset and reprogrammed (hold power for a few moments, fairly easy). I chose the least expensive model that would fit my needs because the last 2 SONY receivers I bought died a premature death (5.1 and 7.1 systems each $500+ when new). This one already showing an issue does not bode well for SONY in my opinion.

I bought an open box version. Therefore I got it for nearly half price. It works terrifically so far and my only complaint is the feel of the volume knob. When turning it I'm reminded of something not very well engineered. But it works fine. And the Bluetooth reaches through several walls.... Good purchase

I bought this for my outdoor speakers. Blue tooth has great range with my I phone - about 70 feet from inside garage to my BBQ. Sound quality is excellent. Picks up radio stations that I never have been able to before. Only disappointment was the maximum volume output. With only two speakers it was not enough. Had to add two more and it is very loud. I would buy this again. My yard is 80 x 120.

I purchased this receiver to be able to play my iPod on with the hopes that the sound would be as great is what I hear on my iPod. And that it would be as easy to use since I had not had a receiver in 20 years! Also to be able to listen two radio stations! It was a great inexpensive purchase! I’m so happy I have it as I love music!

We needed a new receiver to replace on old one in our component system, and after hours of looking on line at brands I never heard of, I went to the Best Buy site. This basic SONY receiver was on sale for less than the unknowns with spotty reviews. A perfect addition to my system. We could not be happier!

Very pleased with this receiver. I decided to get one again after going for several years without one. Really glad I did. I have old school wired speakers that produce phenomenal sound that I can use again. I can listen to the music I have on my phone through this, so it's working great for me.

This acquisition replaced my old ONKYO receiver which had developed some circuitry issues that I could not easily resolve. Works like a charm with all my other components, including a new Sony turntable I acquired at about the same time.

If you looking for a simple and reasonably priced Bluetooth connectivity amplifier (to me the receiver part is a bonus) then look no further! Its under $200 and pumps out enough power for most reasonably priced speakers. This is not for the high fidelity folk who want to integrate the TV, data and other sources to play in a audiophile room but to get sound to outside speakers or bonus room type location, its perfect!

I don’t know much about receivers, but this one was very user friendly. Easy to set and very basic. I didn’t get this receiver for a home theatre system, I’m just using this for my record player set up. And it works perfectly just for that, but I can see how you can also connect this to your tv to get your set up started:)

I use this receiver on my deck with two outside weather resistant speakers. The sound of the 2.0 channel is outstanding. You can really hear the separation of sound in each independent speaker. Hearing music the way it is meant to be heard!

Great product, sound is great, love the unit came with remote so I can turn unit and off without having to touch the unit which great cause it’s used in my work shop!
