Keep in mind the device is limited because of the 2 channels. However, if you're only wanting to run say a couple big speakers then this is definitely one you should choose.

Most a/v receivers only give you two channels from a record player and you have to buy a separate pre-amp. Well this gives you four channels and you can connect a sub that uses a bare wire input and then connects to your two front speakers from out of the sub. Excellent and it does Bluetooth as well as other inputs, some TVs even have a RCA out, the red and white ends that will work.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a big fan of Sony and sine I got this receiver at a really great price I can’t complain too much but one of the reasons that I bought this model was because it had separate phono input jacks. They must have a short in them because the speakers hum when you plug into them and the turntable sounds like the needle is touching sandpaper. So I plugged the turntable into another input Jack and it works fine. I would have taken it back, but I really didn’t need more input jacks. The sound is fine for the price that I paid.

Update old stereo speakers with bluetooth

Don't love that you can't turn it off when you disconnect bluetooth. You have to still get within eye sight of the receiver to turn it off using the provided remote.

Great Price and Fairly Versatile

A little odd that the tone controls are on the remote, but they work pretty good. The bluetooth was an unexpected bonus. Would have got five stars if it would have had AM radio in addition to the FM
