It is actually very user friendly. Easy to connect and operate with plenty of HDMI ports...must get if you like a affordable price and easy to use

I couldn’t change the input on the Sony Remote control. We spoke to Sony and they acknowledged this flaw. Fortunately we were able to to return the receiver for a full refund.
