It's a great tool for home use and provides easy control with the other units. There's not much more to say that it's a wonderful piece of equipment and does more than I need and will grow with out system.

However, the product went on sale for 100.00 less, and we went ro get a price adjustment, we were told we missed the deadline by 3 days. I think you should change your price.adjustment to 30 days versus 2 weeks!

Our only issue is that we wish we had purchased a receiver that allowed us to have something different in different rooms. This is not a problem with the receiver, but with ourselves for not knowing we wanted that.

The salesman/clerk said it was compatible. I don't know if the salesman just didn't know, aka ignorant, or he was just running up the money I spent. I invested many hours on this Sony receiver and the Sony turntable attempting to pair them together. Additionally, I had the Geek Squad come to my house to connect these two Sony products but they were not compatible. Plus the money in gas and time for three trips to Best Buy, from New Bern, NC to Morehead City, NC, 120 miles total. Ended up returning both.

Only drawback is price - couldn't find a sale, and nearly $300 for this was pushing my budget. As long as it holds up, i won't mind in the end.

Good av reciever for sub audio file use

Not the loadest or cleanest unit but certainly acceptable for the price. No real negatives so far. Bluetooth connectivity works well with apple or android devi es. Pleased with my purchase. Good value.

I haven’t noticed any audio issues or video issues. It does 5.1 surround sound. The surround options and settings are bad and the menu is awful.

And Best Buy should not say item will be delivered by the end of day if they can’t do it. My item got delayed by day which was frustrating.

Exactly what I needed, nothing I didn't.

The ONLY issue I have is that my Roku flickers when connected, but that is the Roku's problem, not the receiver's. I was looking for something inexpensive but still had 4K and 4 HDMI inputs, and this fits the need.

Didn't snap that the system was messing with my 4k resolution. Now, picture and sound are fantastic. Easy install. System menu is really low end though. Could be more user friendly.

The return was trouble free but it is an 1 hour drive each way. We enjoy the receiver.

Luckily I had Best Buy's extended warentee and simply brought the system in for a new one. Hopefully we get a good one.
