Good for room movie viewing

Thanks for the feedback. Double-check if the speaker pattern is correct. Also, the sound will depend on the source that you're playing. Try to test tone to isolate the issue. Check the link on how to.

We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. With regards to programming third-party remote controls to operate your Sony Home audio system, manufacturers may assign different code numbers in their universal remote controls to identify the Infrared (IR) signal of a Sony product. Thus, the code number used for operating a Sony product in one remote control may be different from that used by another.
If you need help with a non-Sony remote, please contact that remote's manufacturer.

Seems like a decent product

No complaints otherwise.
