But, it stopped working and now I need Geek Squad to visit and trouble shoot. The enclosed guide has trouble shooting pages, but it did not resolve my issue.

You can also adjust the speaker levels manually, according to your preference, using “T. TONE” in the “<LEVEL>” menu. Nice when it works right

At ramdom times watching tv the tv would cut out and back on. and it got worse like it was searching for the channel . was not the hdmi cable . if i plugged the tv into the cable box never had the same issue. Took it back to get fixed . Took weeks to get back after the main board was replace but when i got it back it looked like someone took a hammer to top and side. Best buy replaced it but the replacement box was dusty and old but it was all they had. but now after only 2 months the same thing is happening again. So now i have to repeat the process again. Disappointed in Sony. I have had a tech over and they verified it is not my voltage or cables that is causing this to happen again!!

NOT working as it should .

It turns itself off without prompt. Glad I have the extra protection on this item as it will need to be returned/repaired . Would not recommend buying.
