We love it already and have only had it hooked up a few weeks. It works great and sounds even better!!

Great 5.2 AV Unit

Bought this one for my daughter. Is working with well with anything we have connected to it. FM antenna connect is odd but works.

It has hdmi inputs, analog, optimal audio jack. I purchased it primarily for my turntable and it does the job. The menu will take a little patience with functions somewhat buried, but regardless, its a great get!

Great receiver for the price.

It couldn’t do the newer HDCP algorithm though. I found this one and the reviews were really good. Super easy to setup and the auto calibration made it even better. Works fantastic and does everything I need.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.excellent unit for the price, very good audio quality. the open box purchase was a very good deal, but the inspection of the unit failed to disclose 2 used and extremely dented and damaged batteries inside the box, not a huge issue but they should have seen this and replaced them with another set. I am very happy with the purchase.

Many components to add and delivers great sound. I just ran my DVD through it the other day for the 1st time and it didn't disappoint. However, it does take a second after you turn it on to engage and realize the units hooked up to it.

Has ample connectivity for my needs, love the HDMI-CEC control with my LG OLED and Google Chromecast. The inclusion of the wired microphone for channel balancing was a nice unexpected bonus.

It's less than OK on receiver function as it doesn't get AM radio. Setup was pretty straightforward with the instructions given

Sony 725 watt 5.2 Ch Reciever

With my 15 inch speakers, I do not need a sub-woofer. Nice that we can choose speaker patterns all the way from 2 channel up to 5.2 channel patterns. One of my only complaints is that I cannot seem to control the surround sound speakers like I would like to.

The Auto Calibration Mic had no problems and worked the first time right out of the box. Very good separation of any audio playback in some old VHS tapes. Old receiver, about 15 years old, just seemed loud, This receiver actually makes you "feel" were certain musical notes/instruments or special effects are coming from. Clear subwoofer signal as well. Love the ability to customize various levels of the speakers. Can easily select different audio settings for even more effects for different audio formats. To be honest only used HDMI from a DVD player just to see if pass through worked. It worked fine but since older buyer and not plagued with a plethora of HDMI based electronics, probably will not use much if at all. Bluetooth worked with no problems. FM stereo was decent but the "antennae" is woefully short. If you live in an area with lots of buildings get ready for some less than optimum reception. All in all a very good receiver for the money. Would absolutely buy again if needed.

It was a breeze to install. Mostly use for hooking up my phone via bluetooth and using Spotify. Speakers hooked up with wires have excellent sound quality and impressive value.

Great product

Him hooking it up and using it for the first time was like Christmas morning! Best Buy accidentally sent us the wrong item to being with but they fixed it and overnighted use the right receiver.

It has all the functions most people will need and is easy to operate. The sound quality is very good and it's small size is nice for tighter spaces.
