Home theater sound!!

He listens to his music and everything. He has trouble connecting his tv sound, but everything else goes well.

A little learning to find all the capabilities of this receiver. With Sony SS CS 5 speakers and Sony Subwoofers, it fills up a large room with powerful sound. The Bluetooth is easy to use and has good range.

What happened to GOOD music audio on this amp??

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was as great on audio sound on TV and Movies, but spending hours and calls to support, because I just couldn’t get to even a 50% decent stereo sound on Pandora, FM stereo or any music format. Really odd and doesn’t make sense, but tried every trick in the book to get music audio to sound anywhere near decent. Several other reviews said the same thing as I found trying to get a decent music sound from this receiver. Returned and went with a pioneer Elite 105 which BLOWS this away in every category.

Great Sound

However the do have an issue when switching over to Apple TV 4K with the picture flickering. I have test the HDMI and it seems fine so not sure where the issues lies?

Great bang for your buck

It will pass through 4K and HDR, and does not have an active internet connection. Which is perfect because everything I’m running though it already connects to the internet.

In this case you won’t be disappointed. It has good sound quality with little distortion. If I had noise I sure can’t hear it. Don’t think you’ll be disappointed with your purchase.

great 5.2 tuner

The Sony was super simple to setup so that Dish, BluRay player and Roku all switch seamlessly one to the other. The speaker setup, with the microphone was easy as pie.

Easy setup very easy to use with on screen menu setup. Buy good gauge wire and enjoy.
