To solve this issue, try setting the sound field on your TV settings and change it to cinema, that should keep the setting now on your receiver whenever you turn it on. He loves the sound he is getting from the in the ceiling speakers. The receiver we had must have been bad quality because it never sounded like this

Very easy to setup and operate. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade thier system.

We purchased this to run out built in speakers and transition to digital to use with our smart TV.
