I would have given it a 5 but wanted to plug in my Amazon Fire Stick to it and couldn't. The HDMI connectors are too close to each other, so something else would have had to remain unconnected. Should have ordered a different model. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

Good receiver, miner issue with Apple TV

It is unfortunate to know that you had experienced an issue with your STR-DH590 when using it with your Apple TV, and that it had to be returned. For power or control issues when using BRAVIA Sync function, we always recommend performing our suggested troubleshooting steps on this article:
