It works well, but wish it had another jack

I did not give it five stars for a different reason. I'm 80 years old and my wife convinced me I need TV ears so I don't blast her out of the living room when I try to hear. I tried to hook them up and could not. Both Sony and Samsung reps told me I had a choice, surround sound or TV ears and TV speakers. Knowing what I know now, I would want a receiver that has a digital audio that will work for TV ears.

I didn't even have it but a couple of wks. Very disappointed. Very upset that the Geek Squad told me over the phone to return it back to the same store at Best buy and exchange it. No, they didn't exchange it and now I'm w/o a Receiver, sucks.
