    Not really that powerful, not enough features at all , even for the low price. I like Sony but was really disappointed on this one.

    Stopped work after 3 month

    It was working good but after three month started problems: 1. HDMI ARC stopped to work. 2 Receiver didn't recognized by TV and if using external media device the volume can't changed through TV remote. Tried to contact Sony support but unsuccessful .Leave chat and support phone number doesn't work.

    What is the warranty process on this. I purchased this under a year ago and now it won't power on. It started acting funny like changing inputs on it's own but now it's not even turning on

      Hi Erica, We regret to hear that the unit is no longer turning on. For power-related issues, please check if there's a light indicator on your stereo system after you complete each of these steps:

      Securely plug your device to a working wall outlet.
      Make sure that your device has enough ventilation.
      Remove any surge protector.
      If it still won't turn on, try a different wall outlet.

    Quit after 45 days
