Sony 4K pass through upgrade receiver

The 4K pass through was what was needed over the old one. Also, this receiver is so much better at automatically turning on with the TV, and also switching between components. I drove 50 miles to another Best Buy store to get it on an open box deal, so I absolutely feel like it was worth the extra effort.

This receiver afforded an upgrade in sound quality while allowing better management of inputs (incl 4k and HDR). Very easy to setup and onscreen auto calibration was simple. This was a great solution to my system that I did not have to "over buy" in order to get. Very happy and would recommend for similar setups.

Sound quality is great as well. Best thing is it has standard speaker wire inputs unlike older Sony units.
