It's a good unit for the price but still has inherent issues that many home theater amps do. Unit will mute itself after power up. Don't know why. Has an issue with the HDCP 'handshake" between cable box and monitor that many units have. Otherwise a good unit for the price. Very good picture and sound.

Sony is still using those dang wire clips, but outside of that my complaints are limited to the following: - plastic knobs feel cheap, too much travel too feel tactile - no integrated streaming
