Bluetooth out to speakers is a missing "nice to have" feature, but for a flexible Atmos receiver at a good price, this one's hard to beat!

I took a shot at this unit because the reviews were so good and Im very pleased. Setup was easy, 4K &3D function perfectly, and the sound is excellent. What more could you ask for?

Took some finagling to configure my current speaker setup (3.1.2), but mostly an issue on my end never having owned a receiver.

Happy to report that it has worked great! Not many HDMI inputs but it does what I need for the few devices I have. Recommended!

GOOD BUT SLOW STARTUP

good stereo for bluetooth

My Samsung gs8 will automatically control the sound volume of the stereo from the phones volume up/down buttons.

After I got everything setup it was amazing. The dialog is incredibly loud and clear when watching movies. Perfect for me, a guy on a budget.

My only issue is finding reasonable priced speakers that can handle the power output.

My biggest complaint was the lack of on-screen menu's. Many menu items are controlled through the front display only which makes things like setting up extended HDMI mode difficult. Sound a bit shallow compared to Denon but still had excellent sound in height speaker mode.

Nice receiver for the cost.

The only other issue I have with it is it can only handle 4 ohms loads.

PROTECT MODE, shuts off.

Hoping to be able to return it/exchange it. With so many with the same issue, why not just recall this unit? Not the typical Sony standard.
