Beware of open box purchase

Upon opening box discovered unit was damaged on face plate, no user manual, no set up microphone included. I quickly requested a return and mailed unit back for a full refund. Never will I purchase an open box product unless I can see unit before I finalize a payment.

Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear about the video output of your AV receiver. Try a different cable. To isolate the issue, please try to factory reset the unit. Turn off the receiver. Hold down the power on the receiver for 5 seconds. “CLEARING” flashes on the display panel for a while, then changes to “CLEARED *” Take note that It takes a few minutes for the memory to be cleared completely. Do not turn the receiver off until “CLEARED *” appears on the display panel.

Good when it works

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend connecting wired speakers with a nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms. We also recommend using speaker wires that are anywhere between 12 to 16 gauge. These are most commonly used for connecting speakers to an amplifier or an Audio/Video (A/V) receiver

Worst experience with Best Buy ever.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. There might be a problem with the wirings or the actual speakers that you're using. When matching speakers and Audio/Video (A/V) receivers, the ohm rating of the speaker should be equal to or greater than the ohm rating of the receiver to avoid a risk of hardware damage.
Any speakers that feature bare wire connection will work to this receiver, as long as their impedances are from 6 to 16 ohms.

Stop working

Not horrible, can’t get rid of home screen

Bluetooth takes over!

I don't want this! Very frustrating.

Posted .Hi Mike, we are sorry to hear that the Bluetooth function takes over once a BTBluetooth device is powered on or within range. Please ensure that "BT Power" is set to OFF so when a pre-paired Bluetooth device won't connect automatically when powered on.

Bad connection

The surround sound guy was having so many problems with the connections as they were not locking in. Took it back and paid a little more for the brand I had before and he put it in with no problem.
