Great AV Receiver.

Both the remote and front panel are easy to use. The integration with my Samsung TV and other outputs worked without any additional setup. The Samsung remote turns the volume up and the power button is sensedb by this receiver. How cool is that. The only critique is that the written instructions are a bit rough.

If you continuously use this receiver at a large volume, the cabinet temperature of the top, side and bottom rises considerably. IMO it’s a mid-range A/V receiver, which is great for someone who is just starting off. Super easy to connect to your TV, speakers, turntable, and it’s got Bluetooth, so, you can even listen to online streaming apps from any Bluetooth enabled device.

Stopped working after 15 months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased one in Dec. 2023, stopped working at week by going into Protect mode. Followed the troubleshooting in the manual, but the unit was still going into protect mode even after 15 minutes and with nothing connected. Checked the transistors inside and could find none that were blown or faulty. So most likely something on the mother board itself has issue. My last Sony receiver before this one worked for over a decade before I decided to upgrade, and I'm really disappointed. Switching to another brand, most likely Denon after this.
