    I love this receiver. I have a center speaker and 4 other all in wall. The surround sound is great and so much better than my storm-fried Yamaha.

    Solid entry level receiver. Setup was very easy with provided mic. Only adjustment needed was to change the speaker size from large to small for my in wall speakers.

    Bought this on a whim and glad that I did! This thing sounds great and really adds a dimension to my home theater. I was able to add another sub and 2 more surrounds and it is amazingly different! Great receiver!

    This a great entry level avr. With support for both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos it's a great buy. Only negative is not being able to turn off the on screen volume icon.

    If not hooking up to a tv, need a monitor to see all settings. Cannot watch tv and listen to music at the same time

    Upgraded from an Old Denon surround system from 2005. I can’t believe how much cleaner this sounds. Also, surround works significantly better. An absolutely wonderful product.

    I have a Sony 590 for music but the 790 is far better. I switched them out and put the 790 on my media surround sound as it has more features. Great price & super easy to operate.

    This system was easy to setup and has awesome sound. I had another sound system but wanted to simplify, with one remote access. You still need the other remote for sound adjustments. But the more I get used to the system, I don’t adjust.

    This receiver is probably the best in its price class. I paired it with polk mains and sony subwoofers. It does an excellent job of decoding Dolby surround protocols. Setup was a breeze.
