    Somewhat disappointed but satisfactory fir my needs. Bought for a home theater so for TV it’s ok but we listen to a lot of music and I was disappointed that the dynamic sound quality is quite inferior compared to my 25 year old Yamaha in driving my Definitive speakers. Although amperage is adequate the sound differential was noticeable in the dynamic range, clarity.

    Due to changes in wiring associates with TV’s and DVD player needed to replace our old receiver. Have been happy with this receiver and especially since it is a Sony that intermeshed with other Sony products

    Bought this as an open box item. . Got it home and installed. Beautiful unit easy to use great sound reproduction. Then came the bad...The employee assured me that everything that came with an unopened reciever was included. No it wasn't, no optimizer mic, no fm antenna. Well crap, now I'm out 50 more bucks to get the missing parts, plus the three hour round trip. Lesson learned. LOOK IN THE OPEN ITEMS AND KNOW WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. I'm happy with the reciever but not the Best Buy experience.

    Easy to use and tune your home theater to sound exactly how you like. I am using 12 gauge wire and it’s a little snug to fit the wires but they do fit.

    Needed Atmos receiver and this was in the right price. Only feature missing is eARC but it costs several hundred more on any receiver. This really performs well.
