    We are a custom audio video install company. When the 7.2 home theater receiver we installed for our client was DOA out of the factory sealed box, and because of industry shortages due to the pandemic, we turned to Best Buy and ordered a Sony 7.2 theater receiver. It arrived in time, installed it the next day, and our client is very happy. Thanks Best Buy!

    For the price not bad. Just overall not great. To change certain settings you have to use amp menu which doesn't display on screen just on the tiny led on the reciever itself very annoying.

    Customer service sucked and had to chase that receiver two different stores and got a hassle when I ended up in Marlboro store rude staff there also
