    Replacement for my previous Sony receiver which had an issue with the power. This replacement for the Sony STR-DN1080 (no longer made by Sony) has most of the same inputs, but not all. The Best Buy Technician did a great job in setting it up.

    This is a nice system. Besides my smart TV, it is the center of my entire entertainment system. I'm no pro so it was kind of difficult to set up but once I got it going, I was quite pleased and the best thing is it's auto configurable. The system has capability of multiple peripherals. I'm proud to have it.

    I got this receiver because I upgraded my TV and needed a system that could support pass-through sound. I went into the store intending to buy a different model but got this as an upgrade and an open box. I'm very happy with it. Setup was super easy, and it had more than enough USB ports for all of my devices to pass though it. In less than 15 minutes I was up and running with surround sound. What's more, the built-in FM tuner was an unexpected bonus. I was able to tune in to my favorite station without having to connect my ugly FM antenna. The one thing that was a bit wonky was switching from device to device. That wasn't as straight forward as with my old system, but I'll read the direction and get that sorted. All in all, I got what I needed and was pleased that setup was so easy.
