Excellent Budget Receiver

It only has two speakers connected, so I need to cycle through the audio modes at start up to hear dialogue, but other than that, no issues. I'm certain some time with the manual and I'll be able to correct this, so giving it 5 stars

Just too many compatibility issues

We only use it for tv, no other added components and constant problems. It’s also just not compatible with fire stick at all. Really disappointed since we added in speakers and set it up and now are probably going to have to replace it in less than a year. We are pulling it out and fixing the signal problem at least once a week. Just cannot recommend this.

I gifted this nice amplifier to my brother.

The amplifier seems flawless and has been functioning well these past few weeks. My brother and I have always liked Sony products and it looks like this one will be a keeper.

The only cons are the instructions provided by Sony are short and barely skim over all the features and setup options this unit has to offer.

Only running this at 2.1 right now as that's all the old Kenwood was capable of but will be adding to it in the very near future. Love that the bluetooth auto connects once paired to a device.

The 5.2 works great so I assume this 7.2 does too.

Its only used to bluetooth music to 8 ceiling speakers throughout our home. Can't complain. It seems to work great. Considering it wasn't the most expensive or even close, its perfect.
