I bought the Sony 65' 930E TV. While upgrading my TV I opted upgrade the blu ray as well.since the Geek squad would be reprogramming my Harmony remote to match new TV and now bluray. I watched a couple of movies so far. INCREDIBLE picture. Little pricey, but I'm ok spending when it comes to quality. This unit delivers.

Had a PS3 gaming console previously which stopped playing my Blue Ray discs so had to purchase this player. Great product for good price. Plays all types of discs including 4K. Has a couple options for hook up cords. Can also stream over internet and link to Netflix account etc. Nice quality and easy to set up and use.

Great deal for the price. Unfortunately it arrived after my TV was set up so Geek Squad was not able to do it and we had a little difficulty connecting everything with the WiFi

I really enjoy this product. Makes it delightful and simplify technology to its finest. So I can relax and watch movies

Can't beat this unit for the price. Solid build - heavy without the cheap plastic lightweight feel. Easy initial setup although the advanced features can be a bit confusing as which setting is the better option. Actually does come with a hard-copy manual which is becoming less of a trend these days. Do need HDMI cables with high output to get the most out of the 4K quality. The apps that are loaded are more than enough for my needs.

Not set up due to delay in product shipping but expect the Sony quality will be impressive on my Sony A1E Television.

I bought a Sony 4K tv and during the process realized I would need a new DVD player. The adviser told me this new model would be out in a few weeks and should wait for it. I am very happy I did. It also has smart technology so I can upgrade the software and even use it to access the digital media on the internet. Very nice unit

I had been looking for a decent 4K UHD Player for a while now, and settled on this Sony X800. The price was right, and I loved the sturdy build quality. I have had no issues in the first two months of use, and the playback (both USB and UHD) is amazing. Fast, silent, and excellent picture quality - I'm sold on it.

I purchased this after I purchased my XBR75X940D. I had purchased a Samsung UHD Blu-ray player with my other XBR55X930D. The Samsung player had some very annoying "handshake" issues with both of my Sony tvs. Since I switched out to the Sony player, I haven't had any issues and the picture is improved over the Samsung player.

This was a very easy hookup and the sound is great.

I loved the device but ended up returning simply because I am a streamer and not much of a buyer of physical movies.

This was installed along with a Sony 75" 4K TV and sound bar by the Geek Squad. It is all working perfectly together.

Excellent 4K player that is a great addition to my 65" 4K TV and my Marantz SR6013 receiver. I have no lag time with streaming watching videos using Amazon Prime due to my Netgear Nighthawk AR7200 which in my opinion is the best router money can buy. Another product purchased from Best Buy.

We have a Sony TV and for some reason, I decided to not get a Sony 4K player originally. I ended up taking back the LG Player as it was very poor when it came to performance. This Sony 4K player is GREAT! Very easy to navigate and is great with all types of DVD's: the old ones and the new ones.

I realize that all of the components of a theater system are involved, but even my older DVD and blue ray movies are so much more vivid. Some may be due to the tv, but a solid signal of audio and video has to be sent to the rest of the components. Sony has a great product I have no reservations about recommending to anyone.

I has only been using this player for DVDs and bluray. Can't wait to watch a 4K movie on it. Works great of course.

I purchased one of these for my parents for Christmas to complement their LG OLED TV. Very well made with a little weight to it (uncommon in electronics today) Excellent picture quality and the software is very responsive. As of this writing there is not Dolby Vision support but that may come in a future patch,
