The was recommended by the sales associate because we were purchasing a 4k OLED tv and had a player that was over 10 years old. We love the unti, easy to use with the television and the installer was outstanding in showing us how to use all the features.

I was blown away at the ease of operations and the quality of the picture. Wow!!!

More and more movies today are filmed in 4K. We already are building our 4K DVD library. Buy some of your favorite movies, documentaries, etc., and enjoy them whenever the mood strikes you. This 4K DVD player is a must have to complete the experience.

This unit was not available at the local Best Buy store. Had to order online and waited a week for arrival. Well worth the wait. It works great with my Sony 4K TV!

This is a very well built, solid player. The picture quality is incredible. First movie watched was Oblivion and it didn't disappoint, sound and picture were something to behold. The player has a lot of features, you won't be disappointed.

I've always liked Sony's attention to detail, and this 4K player is amazing...the upscaling to 4K from regular BluRays pretty much makes it so good that you really don't even need to buy the UHD 4K versions...even the SHD to UHD conversion is incredible!

Look forward to using this more but am impressed with the capabilities this has.

I ordered this player during last year's Black Friday event at Best Buy at veritable steal of $149. If you're looking for a 4k UHD that can do it all, look no further. Picture & audio quality is excellent, and disc load times are super fast!

Nice player for cost versus quality. Simple controls

This unit was very easy to hook up and use. It loads discs quickly and has a great picture. The only odd thing it does is automatically turn on when we switch inputs on our Samsung Smart TV. I'm pretty sure it's a setting I have to change in the player.

I really like this new 4K DVD Blu-Ray player. Excellent toy. For some reason, the earier owner returned this piece of equipment. Have no idea why, but it works very well. Saved some hard-earned cash!

I bought this when I bought my 4k TV. I had reviewed the only other 2 that are capable of playing 4k and wasn't terribly impressed. I have been very impressed with this player. Picture is fantastic and sound is great. lots of apps on it. will play Netflix in 4k.

I had a friend that wanted to modern blue-ray player that had wireless connection built-in. The new Sony was super easy to install and has been working perfectly. I highly recommend for anyone who needs easy and fast installation.
