    The picture quality is one the best for viewing 4K UHD discs! Upscales regular Blurays very nicely. Great build quality, not cheap quality like Samsung or LG players. Great price point compared to other similar players with same features!

    IT WAS A GREAT PLAYER THE COLOR AND SOUND WERE ON THE MONEY UNTIL IT STOPPED PLAYING 4K AND BLURAY DISCS KEPT SAYING NO DISC. WOULD ONLY PLAY STANDARD DVDS 480 RESOLUTION NO MORE 1080P OR 4K (2160) BUT I USED IT EVERYDAY AND FOR HOURS EVERYDAY TO AN AVERAGE USER IT WOULD HAVE LASTED FOR YEARS

    Installation is a breeze and operation of the unit is very easy. Unit is designed for use with Ultra HDTV sets and Blue Ray DVDs. Regular DVD's are playable and will display more clearly on the Ultra HDTV set. Excellent unit.

    I am biased to SONY and I can say this product is worth the price. It is easy to use and it pairs nicely with my SONY A9F 4K TV. I can highly recommend this player for its upscaling features and reliability.

    This 4k blu-ray player is the best investment for my home theater! It upgrades my dvds to 4k quality and the 4k movies are out of this world! You must have this Sony 4k player, you will enjoy all of your movie collection!

    The player is a bargain compared to the other 4K players in it's price range. The Sony X800 has a very solid build to is, very heavy compared to the competition. The picture quality can't be beat for $299. Overall I am very impressed.
