I could be standing there and press it a dozen times waiting for it to open and it just won't. For the price of this, I would have expected better quality in the mechanics of it.

However the user interface is not very polished with low res graphics and the streaming apps can cause the player to freeze sometimes. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

It seems like it could have been laid out differently. But it works. I have not figured out why even on sale, it cost almost twice as much as a basic Blu-ray, but I bought it, and no regrets.
