We replace our samsung blue ray player when it would not update. This Sony blue ray is amazing. It was like watching a new movie, we could see details we did not see with the old player.

Bought this to compliment my new Sony 4K Tv and Denon AVR. Blown away by the audio and video fidelity. Great picture and supports many of the basic 3rd party app/providers. Only wish it had a optical audio, but that would be somewhat old school ;)

This was a recommendation made by the Best Buy sales associate who helped with my purchase of an LG OLED Tv. It was an excellent choice. We have not had it long, but easy to use, very excellent.

Very impressive player. Excellent picture. Played some sacds sound great. Even older DVDs look better. The scaler is awesome. Well worth the money. I just need to save up for a new OLED from Sony.

I connect this DVD player to my computer monitor for watching movies. It does the job.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Sony ultra hd bluray player. Great picture, regular bluray movies look great. I have only seen 1 4k bluray so far but I liked the picture and sound. I would highly recommend this Sony 4k bluray player to anyone looking g to upgrade.

When you pick this up..you can tell this is not another cheap player. Only one negitive (if you call it that) is the main menu. Setup is easy...just follow the steps.

I needed to replace my DVD player. I am very pleased with this Blueray player. The picture quality, especially on some of my older DVD’s, has greatly improved with this player.

This Sony UHD player is larger than most but it’s tech is great and the discs look really good. It’s also the only UHD player that I know of that supports Bluetooth, so I love using it and was glad I replaced my Samsung UHD player with this one.

I purchased this unit to replace my pioneer elite DVD player. It was easy to setup and integrated easily into my home theater system. Would definitely recommend it.

Have it hooked up to Samsung Q7F and picture is very clear. Programmed the supplied remote to work the basic operations of the TV so very convenient to use it not one remote for both.

Finally a 4K player not from Samsung! Great picture and features, make sure you buy a high quality HDMI Cable to get the full experience. Overall quality is what you would expect from Sony.

I have always had good luck with Sony dvd players. The 4k sony has a great picture but had to use the coaxial output for sound since I could not get the audio hdmi to work with my older Onkyo. That problem will be taken care of with my new Onkyo that is 4k ready.

Always have been a Sony fan and when this went on sale it was the perfect time to buy it. Have only played a couple of DVD's since and the picture quality is excellent.

I originally purchased a PS4 after being told I could play 4K UHD movies on it. After finding out afterwards, otherwise, I purchased this 4K player. It has worked great so far. No complaints.

Hooked up to router without incident. This has been a problem with other blue ray players I have purchased. Turn it on and it does what it is supposed to do. Clear picture, good sound.

This player is a great match for the TV. Auto sensing and setup for operation. Fast loading on the disks and an amazing picture. Everyone that watches says its just like being there.
