i really like this unit, seems to be well built, feels firm to hold ( heavy) . works as well also. no issues at all ! i`m very glad i bought this unit...

After a lot of research, went with this Sony model. I have not been disappointed. Plays all the disks I'd want (including 3D blu ray). Well built, excellent player!

The 4K UHD Movies Load up quickly and the Picture is absolutley Amazing. Also, the Bluray Movies Up Convert as well. Well worth the Price. Highly recommend.

It works really good. I really enjoy watching Blk ray movies.

Using it with my Sony 900E with a high speed hdmi cable. Adjust the settings on the player and tv because in the end it provides excellent picture quality.

Bought the Sony UBP-X800. It plays everything well (DVD, Blu-ray, 4K). We have a dedicated multi-CD player, so we haven't tried CDs in the Sony yet.

I picked this Blu-Ray player model because I enjoy watching 3D & 4K movies. The quality of the picture & sound are great, along with the reasonable price.

This is a lot easier to hook up compared to our old one. This one uses one HDMI cable instead of a hand full of cables. Works better as well.

We recently bought a Sony 4K television, so we decided to upgrade our DVD player. The picture is gteat compaired to the old blue-ray. Would recommend!

Great 4k HDR UHD blue-ray player little on the heavy side but that's because of the high quality parts and material very sturdy awsome picture.

The first unit I got was non-workable. I had to take it back and swap it. If I had it all over to do again, I would go with another brand. Sony used to make great stuff but this is ridiculous. The set-up is a total pain in the butt and I can't even get multi-movie disks to play both movies only the first that pops up. Its not flawless by any means and like I said a total pain. I'm not expecting this unit to last a long time by any means. I've seen other reviews just as bad or worse....but having used Sony in the past so many times with positive praise, I went for it again. Sorry I did.

This player has gotten great reviews from various sites on the web. Sadly it does lack Dolby vision but now that Sony oled support it I’m hoping we might get an update

I was waiting for Sony to get this product out as the others were so much more expensive. I was not disappointed. Thanks Sony for again making a great product.

Remote is easy-to-use great picture sound quality this is a very good machine feel like movies like I do with blu rays 4K 3D DVDs this is a great machine

Bought as a replacement for an older 3D Samsung bluray. Needed the 4k capability to take full advantage of projector. So far, so good and no regrets.

Easy to set up... Allot of features and love the preloaded hulu, netflix, and YouTube! Lastly, my Bose surround sound works great with the audio capabilities!

I bought a new Sony UBP-x800 on Black Friday to use with my sony 930E so far very happy with the combination very easy to set up and use fantastic picture

Simple to start using. Easy menus to follow to get started. I had just purchase a 4K 2160 tv and needed a good Blue Ray player. This was a great choice.

This player produces amazing picture quality, even when upscaling to 4K from BluRay or DVD. Although I'm most impressed with the audio quality of the upscale!!
