Great product

Only had one hiccup so far where it locked up on me and would not respond. I unplugged (counted to ten) and plugged it back in. Working like a champ ever since.

I Got a Good Deal

I had two others that lasted years with daily usage. This is 4K player which I bought at half price during a Best Buy Christmas sale. It's easy to set up & navigate. It recognizes newer, larger external USB hard drives that my old Sony would not. I do not have any 4K media yet & I am not sure I see a lot of difference watching BluRay or DVD media but a good picture. One irritation: Jittering occasionally when watching some videos on external hard drives thru USB. Still, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

4k Bluray Player

Player has excellent audio sound quality. X800 feels very sturdy and is heavier than other Blu-ray players weigh.
