Bought this along with my new 4k tv. Great product for the price.

Picture is very crisp. Menus easy to navigate. Some issues connecting for wireless updates. Loved the sale price.

This was simple to set up and get working. It's better than our buggy Samsung which would not play all our DVDs!

I bought it on Black Friday sale. I think it was a good buy for the price and it didn’t disappoint. Probably because my tv is Sony too. You can tell the difference esp when playing 4k blu rays compared to my Samsung. Better contrast and colors and upscales regular blu rays to 4k

Amazing picture! I'm pretty new to the 4k world, so 4k HDR from a blu-ray is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. I'm using it with an LG OLED. I only give it 4 stars because it doesn't support Dolby Vision (although I'm not sure what I'm missing) and the size. Why are all the 4k blu-ray players so big?

I am totally satisfied with this UHD Blue Ray player. Combined with my new UHD HDRTV and Denon AVR-X4300H receiver, I could not be happier with the electronics that I have in my home. This player is superb! Both picture and sound quality are outstanding. Highly recommended!

My previous DVD player was the cheapest Sony. I also have an older Blue Ray player by Sony on another TV. I'm so glad I spent the extra money for this one. The old DVD player died - the DVD drawer would not open. The old player also created a huge black picture frame around all my movies and I would need to adjust the aspect to get a larger picture. This new Blue Ray player gives me the full screen immediately! It also warms up quickly for Blue Ray movies, my older Blue Ray player took forever. I thought being able to stream Netflix was just a gimmick until I started having problems receiving my cable TV signal. It's fantastic to be able to watch Netflix through the BlueRay player when I can't receive it directly through my TV!

this is dynamite. Updated the software. Fantastic picture and sound Sony 75900e and sonos sound system. Upconverts blu ray to 4k awesome if you have blu rays. Streaming is great. Very easy to set up and quiet.

Finally some equipment that plays 4K from Sony. Great video.

I got this solely because I felt like I wasn't getting the 4k quality with Xbox One S 4k player built in. I have the Samsung 55MU8500 series and with this Sony 4k player, the picture is more sharp, vivid and the contrast just pops! After getting my tv calibrated I became obsessed with trying to find the right 4k player and this fits the bill.

Easy plug and play. 4K Ultra looks awesome as well as wi-fi.

I previously owned a Sony multi disc DVD player that was probably 12-15 years old. I searched for w replacement but unfortunately no one seemed to make those anymore. I settled for the single blue ray, DVD by Sony and it was an upgrade from my worn out multi disc DVD player. The salesman didn't warn me that the necessary hdmi cable was not included, furthermore I hade to purchase a converter, hdmi to composite RCA because my receiver didn't have hdmi

Did my research online. Nothing beats going to the store and touching and feeling the actual product. Most Blu-ray Players are the same. This one was not cheap plastic. You really feel the difference in this model. Once you get it home....you will see the difference! Runs great and you feel like you have some confidence that it will last!!
