Got an opened item so even cheaper than listed. Only complaint is it does not display disc info when playing.

Good quality, no issues whatsoever since I bought it.

Loads disc very fast, menu screen is a little underwhelming to look at. But it does the job you want it too.

When first purchased, worked great. HOWEVER, 11 and a half months later it is completely dead. Will not power on anymore. For the money, I would seriously consider looking at other players that have a longer life span. Looking at previous reviews, this is not an isolated incident. Many reviews saying the same thing, Quit working after approximately a year.

This product met the need for my new theater system.

I’ll admit, I bought this a bit prematurely as it’s my first of the 4K components but it still looks great.

Don’t really have any complaints about this player. Just wish the newer players came with a zoom button.

Well I bought a 4k tv so I bought this 4K player at a good price

For the money this is the best 4K Blu-ray player on the market, PERIOD!! Purchased when it was one of the "Deal of the Day" promos. This thing is built like a tank. Make sure you download the firmware update first thing after initially powering on. Once firmware is completed, POWER OFF and then POWER BACK ON. Follow this procedure and the unit connects to the internet flawlessly. The streaming (smart) features are super fast. In fact a lot quicker than ROKU or Fire TV. NOTE: I do have it connected via ethernet. If you are a owner of a Sony 4K-HDR TV (awesome picture), with the Andriod TV for streaming features, this is a must have. If you have a newer good a/v receiver, you will want to switch the default audio setting on the UBP-X800 from Linear PCM to Bitstream. This allows your a/v receiver to do the surround decoding instead of the player. Also, in order to get Dolby Atmos and DTS:X you need the audio setting to bitstream.

Works great with my Sony 4K tv! Color is brighter and crisp!
