The picture is wonderful, clear and crisp with the 4K DVD player and our new Samsung 4K television. Easy to operate, too!

I love this blu-ray player. It is a far cry from my old generation 1 Samsung player that finally died. The sound is amazing when you play discs. The wi-di connection is easy to use. I just wish that there were more channels and apps.

Very easy and use right out of the box. Nice apps and the playback is solid with no issues since I have started using it. Everything from the newest 4K to older DVDs

This DVD player will make any DVD movie look good. Even the standard non-Blue ray movies. The 4K movies look just about as good as it can get. It's like you are right there in the scene, only standing a few feet away from the actors. I guess I'd call it Picture Perfect. It also interfaces with your router for YouTube, Netflix and so on. It's larger than most DVD players and I think it will run cooler as a result.

Its picture and sound quality is excellent. Its price is relatively cheap. However, some audio codecs for its USB device such as Dolby Atmos cannot function properly.

excellent 4k blue ray. Got it on the black friday sale for 149.99 its well built and will play sacd dics as well. this has all the bell's and whistles that I need.

It plays great, it up scales great. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars, it doesn't have an Internet browser app. You're stuck with what it gives you which is streaming only.

Have already enjoyed several 4k BluRay movies and the quality is outstanding and the unit seems to be built very solid.

We broke down and replaced our bluray player. Wow! What a difference! It almost seems cheesy playing the other types of disks! So vivid on the picture it's crazy.

Outstanding color rendition, picture definition and sharpness, and is easy to program and operate. Does require Ultra HD cables. I am highly pleased with this unit.

I replaced my 10 year old Sony Blu Ray player with the new 4K model. I immediately saw a difference in the image quality of my regular DVD’s and my Blu Ray discs.

Easy to use. Fast loading. Surprised on the speed and home fast it loads 4K discs. I have a Sony 43800D and wanted to get that real 4K experience. Can’t complain

Excellent unit. looks really nice. only issue is that it does not have have dolby vision though Sony is saying there will be a firmware update but i'm not holding my breathe.

My first BluRay DVD player. A good choice, updated software right away, streaming apps a wide selection. Netflix works beautifully. 4K HDR upscaling is beautiful.

So far this is a very nice player. While I can't say how well it is as a 4K player since at this time I don't have a 4K TV, the picture I get on my HDTV using this is a lot better than my previous blu ray player. The setup was quick and easy. My only con is that you are limited on what apps you can add. I was able to add VUDU but unable to add either Googleplay or Fandangonow to watch movies.

This is a great player for blueray. The movies are very clear and seem like we are at the theater. Highly recommend.

Excellent sound quality, The connections were quick and easy. There are sufficient number of HDMI slots for all my needs. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Nice not having to get my whole library in 4K. Big difference in the old DVD's on this player. Haven't gotten into all the features yet, but don't need them now.

Sony has done well this 4k player. The price was very reasonable and the picture was great. Disc load fast compared to other players. Also came with free movies
