Best 4K UHD Hi-Res Universal Player for $300.00

They delivered the first consumer 4K UltraHD TV's and used nano particle technology in the first models. I've been waiting for Sony to deliver their first 4K UHD disc player, the UBP-X800. The hi-res audio is a big plus. The picture, sound quality, operational characteristics, and build quality make this device a true bargain. Nothing under $500 comes close. Highly recommended.

Good 4k player but need dolby vision capability

The only thing is for the price it would be nice to get dolby vision. Unfortunately sony did not want to update this player. Other than that its great.

Great 4K UHD Player

All of our equipment is Sony so when we saw this Sony 4K UHD player available and on sale, we just had to buy it. So glad we did. Works great with a 4K UHD Sony Bravia TV and Sony 4K UHD BluRay Movies.

Great video, easy set up and I like to match brand components when possible. Read multiple great reviews and when I found this product on sale decided to purchase. Very pleased with this product.

I just wish it was smaller. It is quite large didn’t need to be. I still like it though. It goes with my Sony 55” 4K on the wall. Overall it’s a great buy. I recommended.
