The UBP-X800 Ultra HD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was actually looking to add an Oppo UDP-203 Blu-ray player to my home theater setup, but reconsidered the idea when I realized I wouldn't use many of the features of that $560 player. At under $200 the Sony X800 does everything I need, play Blu-ray disks. Build quality is superb and the picture is as good as it gets. You can't go wrong with this machine in your AV setup.

The best 4K player, hands down

All the latest sound formats, Dolby Atmos, DTS-Master, etc... Best 4K picture and sound you can buy in a player. This is the one to buy, forget the rest.

Pretty Good Player

Streaming is good and rarely crashes. Using it daily and it's been going strong for years now. Picture quality is excellent. Nothing else expected from a Sony TV/Video product!

Beautiful Movie Experience

It was easy to hook up and had a clear beautiful picture when watching a 4K Disc. I was very impressed with both the picture and sound.

Startup is pretty quick compared to my previous blu ray player. Very solidly built, runs quiet. Very happy bought on Cyber Monday so couldn’t beat the price
