Solid Ultra HD Player

Quick load times, easy to navigate menus and plays well with a Samsung product. I’ve only used it for DVDs but it also has easy access to Netflix and other services if your TV does not provide these options.

Solidly Built Almost Premium 4K Blu-ray Player!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, this device is rock solid - you can feel the "premiumness" of this Sony 4K Blu-ray player when you unbox it and hold it in your hands - it's' heavy...literally!!! Second, it comes with the most essential apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc) to name a few. The only thing I wished it had was a digital screen on the front to indicate the current status but that's reserved for the higher end model above this unit. Overall, this Sony 4K Blu-ray player is hard to beat!

A special bonus is the connectivity with Amazon and other apps to provide additional video viewing opportunities.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I spent a lot of time researching the various 4K models out there, and was torn between the Samsung and the Sony. Although I love my Samsung TV, I decided to go with this Sony because of the good reviews, and the rugged design. So far, no regrets. It was easy to hook up, and communicates perfectly with my 4K Utra TV. The picture is clear, and to make sure I was getting all I should from it I bought new cables. Can’t tell if the cables mattered or not so far. It has a nice array of apps, and I easily connected to Netflix, which is the only one I’ve tried so far. I like how easy it is to resume playing from where I left off after powering off. Can’t find anything wrong with it yet, and the price on sale, sealed the deal for me. Glad I tool a chance.
