UBP-X700 Blu-Ray Player

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have a Sony smart TV, so could interconnect the two and run both using only the TV Remote (good news). Bad news is that stopping the disc player and no-touch open/close of the player need to be done with the player's remote only. Also, expected that player would send HD content signals that would just fill the TV's border, and no more. Apparently the content providers are blocking the ability to perform a controllable Zoom action (to just fill the TV border), and the Zoom setting bleeds off both top/bottom and left/right (can't see subtitles or menu items).
