Used curbside p/u which was great! Simple set up and found this unit to be so much faster than the older one. It made my 10 year old 65" flat screen look like a new one. Sony is the BEST!

It supports the major surround sound formats as well as HDR10 and Dolby Vision. I wish it had a display on the front, but you can hit the Display button on the remote to see details. It has 2 HDMI-out ports, which is super convenient.

This product has only been in use for a month.

To my exacting standards, the Japanese products stand up to the normal wear and tear I personally would normally experience in the environment in which I live. I have yet to find a better substitute for good old U.S.A. products but have had some bad experiences with lesser products.

Was somewhat "taken aback" when attempting to enter your Peachtree City store. Apparently I needed an appointment... Your employee at the entrance noted my concern and said he would bring my selection to my car. He did so and I was very much appreciative.

I haven't used all the functions but it hasn't failed to preform what I have tried admirably. Only dvd playback problems were caused by a poor transfer from the source which any player would do. Highly recommend.

I don't own many blu-ray disks and mainly wanted to make sure backwards compatibility with my custom home DVD's I created over the years. My new TV did not have red-yellow-blue-white connectors so I had to throw out my old DVD player.
